Hi, totally agree with Jean-Claude!
GLS has an awful service, they don't deliver on Saturday, they actually don't deliver at all!
they feign coming to your home pretending you weren't there (I took a day off to be present for the delivery, I know I didn't miss the delivery) and then it is a total mess to get your package, they bother you with dishonesty, they have a rescedule service that actauly reschedule the delivery the day AFTER the one you asked for, waiting for you to give up and come take your package directly at their depot.
Two times I had them deliver my package at home and it came totally destroyed, I could take all my ordered items without cutting a single tape...
Please, they taint HK's reputation as many customer thinks that you're the same company, and only you HK have the power to fix the situation: please quit working with them, I can afford a fee for delivery if the service worth it.
with GLS it doesn't
