FollowNew Lipo blown
Dear, I am a platinum member and I have never put any complaint or have sent items back. In June however I purchased two Zippy 4S/2450 40C Lipos. Order number 20011679146.
Due to circumstances I needed them only now and after unpacking I noticed one was swollen. I never opened the package before, neither were they charged.
I realise I am outside the return policy, neither I have sent the Warranty code, I did not knew that feature existed.
Is there any way You can help me with a new Lipo?
