Thank you for the response. I am aware of the situation and I just need the information of the office that will receive the fax. I cannot seem to find the contact information and would also like to know if it will be possible to receive my package before Wednesday September16? I am currently visiting Disney World in Orlando and requested my package to be sent to my resort. Again, thank you for the helast and hope to hear from you soon.

I cannot understand your answer. Till today the situation is as follows:
I've paid at 4/06/2015 the sum of $ 48.19 and recieve NOTHING!
I'm waiting since more than 3 month for the items I've paid for.
So send what I've paid for!!!!!!
