I have tried to cancel this order for 2 weeks.
Your 'how to' video is useless & does not explain anything of value to me.
I am very unhappy with your service, Tony Hand.

I forgot to set zoll Invoice 10%. I can not cancel myself - i tryed. I will order new if cancel is ok

I have the same problem. An order failed to clear payment. No I want to cancel the order, and order new but it wont let me cancel the existing order. Until this is cancelled I wont be ordering anymore from Hobbyking. I did want the items ordered, and tried to do a manual payment but this did not work to resolve the order with payment pending.

Get on with the online chat, they fixed the problem for me.
Bless 'em :-). Much happier to have had them fix that long time ongoing nightmare.
Word to the wise, with their system making this as weird / hard to fix it yourself, be REAL sure about an order before even thinking about placing it.
At least their online chat folks are capable of dealing with this kind of mess.

I tried on line chat but hey did not respond to that either.
The reason I wanted to cancel the order was because they wanted payment by some weird method & would not accept paypal.
