I have only just started a new hobby and have bought several items from Hobbyking, I experienced a few issues with several orders and have writen to Hobbyking but not once have they replied. I am now at the stage of looking elsewhere purely to get some sort of customer help. I feel that I am just throwing money (that I don't have) away. This is NOT a cheap hobby and I am thinking about airing my frastration through the media. Hobbyking can't keep treating their customers like they do and need to stop ripping people off through dodgey products. I know several customers that complain about Hobbyking NOT having a customer service telephone number, and I agree with other posts that they will loose a heap of sales due to this issue.
