You Empty My Cart

As I find things I need from HK I put them in the cart. Periodically, my cart gets emptied which means I have to look up the items all over again, time consuming, and unnecessary.
Why do this? I have spent over $2000 with HK, and a simple service to me like leaving my cart alone like other online shopping services do would be valuable to me.
