Make a way to cancel orders

Look your interface sucks if a person wants to cancel an order. A simple cancel option would make life easy. You cancelled my order first after holding it for two weeks and then finally stating you were out of stock. Now I have an order that screwed up during check out and I can't cancel it. It all started because I had a credit and it was to cover my new order. When I went to check out I ignored the setting for the payment because I thought it wouldn't matter. So when it took me to a place to enter my card information I cancelled that. Now everything is mixed up my credit for the previous order is wrong and I can't cancel the screwed up order.
