Terrible Customer Support

I bought a part which is defective and trying to send it back to you is like trying to break into Fort Knox. You make it so difficult that I suppose a lot of people give up. I have committed to buying this but rest assured it will be the last time I ever purchase from you. I also have a thought to report you to the Canadian Better Business Bureau.
