missing goods in the pack

I ordered the material order n.20012754173, naca 1 servo code HK-9468000001-0. After all that I have said I have not had outcome if I reimbursed or not.
I have to know the times for your possible refund a ticket, of equal value to reorder together with other material, since I need right away.
