Item Status Shipped but No email notification or Tracking Details - Been over a week

Has anyone had problem with receiving tracking number or shipping update with this item? Item said shipped but no further details received. Been in constant query with service desk but all i got from them is we will send update which never received. Please help. Afraid that this will never received and waiting for nothing and money will take forever to refund. Its a Christmas Present - I'm really freaking out. Please help
