I have a item missing from a order.

I have 2.4 Orange8 receiver that was placed with a order and this item was not received!
I have reported this to customer service, live chat ect. Here is what they have instructed me to do. SEND THEM A PICTURE OF MISSING ITED, HOW CAN I SEND A PICTURE OF WHAT I DID NOT RECEIVE? NEXT CHECK WITH THE POST OFFICE!! THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED BY FEDX. Customer service does not exist,
