Quanum Base Cam 32 Bits 3 axis Dual IMU

Connection problems with Quantum BaseCam32 bits, 2 IMU (9489000003-0) with computeur to configure it self with firware 2.40b8.
Board is connected usb port computer.
Neither in 12 V
Following instruction manual and vidéo on "You Tube" the led (red and green) on the board stay red and green but neither green and the IMU led stay red
If you disconnect the IMU from the board, Led's board stay red and green.
If you check the interuptor on the side of the board, nothing happened
What's wrong ?

Problème avec la connexion de la carte Quantum BaseCam32 bits, 2 IMU (9489000003-0) avec l'ordinateur pour configuration de celle-ci avec le firware 2.40b8.
La carte est branché directement sur le port US de l'ordinateur.
Jamais branchée en 12V
En suivant le mode d'emploi et les vidéo d'installation sur "You Tube" la carte et les 2 IMU ne passent pas au vert ensemble. les led sont rouges.
La carte Bip et les led sont rouges et vertes, les IMU sont rouges (photo 1)
En débranchant les IMU la carte les led sont rouges et vertes.(photo 2)
rien ne change
Que ce passe-t-il ?
