How to get the right parts?

I am building a quad copter for a school project and I don't know how to get the right batteries motors esc's ect. how do I determine what is best for my purpous?
I would like to start with some massive motors as I wish to use a camera package

These multistar motors/esc's seem to be a good fit but what about battery and prop size?
