RECEIVED BAD HD 5000MAH 4S 60C LIPO BATTERIES CANNONT UPLOAD PICS

Received 2 orders of your 5000mah HD 4s 60c lipo batteries where 1 has a bad cell that wont charge. Tried to upload pics but show max 2mb pics. I don't know how to convert pics to 2mb so looking to send to a regular email and you don't even have that!!! This is a joke and highly upset trying to speak to a live person. Someone contact me
