Problem With FQ777-124 Pocket Drone 4CH 6Axis Gyro Quadcopte - Difficult Sync and Very short battery

The units - I purchased 4 - require several attempts to get synch with controller ( 5 or 6) and then the flight time is just seconds before the drone is saying the battery is flat.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
