FY-41 AP Lite

Hi, I bought the FY-41ap from you, but it doesn´*t work. The green light is on but i don't have connection between the autopilot upgrade firmware program or DOS setting app and nothing Works on the plane model. Maybe the FY-41ap is broken or it's necessary to do something like a hard reset on it. If it is broken what i have to do to return the package to you? How long it takes to have another one?
