HOBBYKING ORDER STATUS

I often have multiple orders running with Hobbyking at the one time. My problem is, when Hobbyking sends an order update, it references an order number, but no indication just what the order is. 'Marking the order off' therefore is complicated. Other suppliers manage to put the item line in their progress header - along with the order number. Why can't Hobbyking do this?
