Pico - to - Micro Charge Cable

It seems this should be easy enough and I would think it is readily available. I bought a Turnigy Micro-6 Lipoly Battery charger with a half dozen Turnigy 160mAh nanotech batteries with PICO connectors. I'd like to use the two items together. Is there a cable for this?
