I have not received my order 20013002878 since 4th of january, and it is indicated as shipped

I am still waiting for the order you sended to me with number CQ303474167SG.
You sended it before the end of last year. With tracking number i see that the parcel arrived in my country 3 weeks ago, but impossible to get any news from parcel post servcie.

Could you please introduice a claim ?
