Hi I just had canceled order points put on my account (good so far) tried to make an order during check out computer went of temp than on the points had been taken for order in my account no order is showing for most of order however it wanted me to pay for 2 items again can you check and see if original order was made it was 17?.?? before shipping it was for west us store and please restore points if it was not thanks Les B
