Hobby King 10 A UBEC does not work with 5 channel Minima receiver

I linked my Minima receiver to my Hitec transmitter, the green light on the receiver flashes rapidly. Subsequently, the steady red light comes on the receiver when I power it up using a Plush 6 UBEC. However, when I connected the Hobby King 10A UBEC to the Minima receiver, nothing works. The Minima receiver green light flashes slowly and thats it, nothing works. I have a couple other Minima receivers that I connected to the HobbyKing 10A UBEC
and got the same results….green light flashing, nothing works. If I connect the Hobby King 10A UBEC to my Hitec receiver, it works as advertised. Anyone have the same issue?
Anyone have a fix?
