TGY-9018MG servo received damaged

I received one of the servos from my last order broken (20013029699). Is a TGY-9018MG.It doesn't work when I connect it to a receiver. The other 4 units are working OK.
What is the procedure to replace the article? Do you want I send you the damaged servo? When can i receive a new one?
