Order Nº CQ303579009SG not received

I have not received yet my Order Nº CQ303579009SG.
According with the Shipping Information of your website the package is "Held by Customs at Destination" since January 26th.
I am upset with this situation because I need the part urgently and I paid an additional price of US$32.35 to reduce the delivery time.
Please could you inform me when i will receive this Order??
