I already returned an order, tracking says you have it, now what?

Hi i made a purchase but it was not what i was specting, the radio os too difficult to understand, since is an open tx system that does not have any manual. So i sent this and some receivers back to you, so i can be refunded. The tracking number of ups tells me that the package is now in your hands (tracking number 1ZF1F6710392921224), but when i check the status of this at my account in your webpage it appear like you have not received yet. You have not contact me and i am worry because time is going on and the date line is nearer everyday.
