When i look to the trakingnumber the Belgium posteoffice said the pakadge is still in the Dutch hobbykingcenter and not been shipped. After this i orded a other item with order 20013565171 and this is coming too me with no problems. Why the order 20013523593 still remains too the dutch house. Greatings Johnny

HobbyKing has several warehouses: you seem to have ordered from the Global warehouse, which is located in HK if I am not mistaken.
At any rate, this is the reason of the problems you have experienced.
If you were to have ordered from the UK or EUROPE warehouse, the shipping would have been faster, and the customs would have not have nipped you.
