4S 14.8V 10000MAH battery went bad after 3 uses

I purchased a 4S 14.8V 10000MAH 10 c battery and after 3 uses a cell went dead.
I would like to get it replaced with a better one that is dependable.

This battery was used in a a long range plane and was never drained to more than half and never fast. Three (3) times in not acceptable.
