New battery with a bad cell

Hi, I would like to thank you for the fast shipping of my batteries!
There is one bad news though, on the 8 batterie packs I have received, one has a bad cell and testings shows a 135mv difference as opposed to normal reading. The warranty numbers for this battery is : ( 2200005234149 ). Could you please tell me what is your return policy regarding this case. I reckon this battery needs to be replace by a new one.
