I'm just about there myself. It seems that HK is more than willing to take your money. But if you have a problem it's nearly impossible to get them to do anything helpful.

FollowWhy So Hard To Contact
Where is the postal address for customer service? What happens if you want to make a complaint such as this one.....
What do you imagine would happen to a retailer on the high street, who for example, refused to take back my new toaster unless I provided a video showing it failing to work properly. Word of this outrageous behaviour would soon spread, damaging their business. Besides this, it would not be lawful to refuse to take back a damaged item, and to demand a video. Not everyone would have the capability necessarily of producing a video.
This is exactly what HobbyKing have done to me. I don't give a d... about the monetary loss I have made. The illegal and offensive behaviour of HobbyKing is making me very angry. I have been "generously" awarded a $5 credit in compensation, for an item priced considerably higher than this. There may not be much I can do legally for such a small value item, but I am due the full value of the item or a replacement.
I provided photographs of a mechanically stuck item. A video would not show anything different. It would still be stuck, and since it has no display, no other information is conveyable. Despite this effort to follow HobbyKings illegal demands, this reasonably approach was rejected.
I am certainly putting HobbyKing on the bottom of my preferred supplier list, to be used only if the item cannot be sourced elsewhere. If it were worth it, I would pursue this through the legal system, I am so annoyed. If you check you will find you have lost a customer who has spent many hundreds of pounds in the past.

I agree. I have been trying to contact Hobby King with no success. Don't they know this drives away business?
http://support.hobbyking.com/hc/en-us?flash_digest=a9c3321a902c7816d53fdaf9c55504ab8eb9b935 is the link to the so called "help center" but even after you make it there you are inundated by a whole new set of menu's and sub menu's and even more sub menu's. I think that they have it set up like that to try and discourage people from trying to contact them.
How do you contact HK. Impossible.. The only reason why a company doesn't allow contact or make it so hard to contact is because they don't care about their customers. The don't care to get better. When I view my order it doesn't even show the date of the order or have a link for package tracking. Their shipping cost more than the item If I receive my package it will be my last contact...... Customers can play the silent treatment just as well...
