Sending a return request for the TGY-777MG servo's (2x) that are faulty

I have send a return request. Got an email back:
"This is an email to inform you that we have received your return request:
Order#20013252628 RMA#209038. "
But on the Hobbyking website I got the message:
"Attention
Missing order number "
Don't know now what to do, so please Help
