How long should i wait for a answer from support?

i had odered a 4s 8000mah Lipo and i got a 6s 8000mah! That Lipo i can't use for my Quadrocopter. So please send me the 4s Lipo that i had ordered.
My inquiry is 8 days ago, so please send me a answer.
