question

my esc fan is not working on my rattler, how do I get it replaced or exchanged. the car runs fine but im afraid to run it because it may get to hot. I bought 2 of these in November, one for me and one for my brother, this is the first hobby grade rc for him. he end up wrecking his and we are currently waiting for the parts we broke to come back into stock for us to order. 2 concerns, one is my esc fan and the other is the parts for the front end of my brothers car, he has not been able to run his car since early December last year because the parts are on back order. please help me with my esc fan.
