TS3N radio system

I was looking at the TS3N radio system and I was offered a special at 32.18$. However when I tried to complete the transaction I was told that shipping would be impossible from the US depot to Canada. I received the suggestion to order from the International depot but the cost went up to 58$ ( not including shipping) . So why offer specials if you are going to deny them at check-out.
