why is my order canceled?

Shipping order is canceled.

Hello everyone:
I made an order with tracking number 20012865177 on Dec. 21 last year but hasn't arrived in Germany yet. Why is my order canceled? I have payed with Paypal. Please translate my money back to paypal.
