Not Enough Customer Care

I'm gradually moving away from HobbyKing. Factor 1) Shipping prices are usually abnormally high, even for apparenly local sources, so that I have little idea what it will actually cost until I go through the whole order process. NOT good enough. Factor 2) Alone amonst my suppliers, when I look back over my emails to recall who I purchased an item from, you do not identify the item by description, causing me real annoyance at times. Factor 3) I bought something said to be from a UK warehouse (I'm in the UK). Your email said up to 45 days delivery. WHY??? Are you just being sloppy? I bought this thinking it won't be weeks, but you carelessly put doubt in my mind.
Overall there is not enough care taken over the whole process to make it pleasant and slick for your customer. I am NOT a compaliner but you are needing a kick up the whatsit.
