Order not send from European warehouse as requested !

I did an order o,n the european warehouse and the parcel was send from Singapore !!
I had to wait for three weeks ..
I paid the european price ....and had not the service .... very bad !!!
This is not fair and I am unhappy ...

I placed an order there are times 20013526819, Europe, but there was an error when making payment, pay pal. It was made directly to HobbyKing, in the amounts of $ 52.47 and $ 5.83. Please consider the paid order.
