Who the hell is Hobby King?

I had no idea that HobbyKing was based out of Hong Kong, until I got a package that I had ordered from the USA East warehouse, it took two weeks to get here, and has Hong Kong all over the shipping packaging. No wonder it took so long, and no wonder I can't get any response to my requests for help with a defective item.
My new policy, if I can't find it on Amazon.com, or a well known AMERICAN dealer, I don't need it.
