New battery with bad cell

On 3/26/16 I ordered 4 batteries. All 4s 35c 3300 mah zippy compact lipo batteries. I tried to charge them up for the first time tonight, and one gives a voltage error. I eyed a replacement battery. Order number 20013504576. I am a gold level member.
