I absolutely agree with you. I've seen three different email addresses for HK and none of them work. They should be very easy to contact via email instead of having to use their help center or live chat. When I am having trouble with any order from anybody I save the emails that are left in the sent folder of my email. That's impossible here unless it's a live chat which isn't the best form of communications since the customer services rep never wants to share any useful information. Every time I did a live chat I was really pissed off by the time it's done.
