Incorrect product description.

I ordered 2 orange receivers R620X V2, for my up coming boat project, (order no. 20013087619) and despite Hobby king's description that they are DSM2/DSMX compatible, they WILL NOT bind with my T-six transmitter, not with other T-six transmitters in our club. What do I do now? and what receivers ARE DEFINATELY compatible with the T-six?
