ORDER N.20013353232 - RMA N.223198 + 223201 - UNANSWERED QUESTIONS

Good morning, for the above order I have opened two RMA relating the faulty items. The RMA Numbers are 223198 and 223201. I haven't received any replay yet since then. Could you give me any assistance on it? My doubt is that I should have sent the items back to you but I think I read I should have waited for your initial valuation before doing that.
