MY ORDER IS NOT ARRIVED...and statut is shipped the 02/08/2016 ???

I found an attempted delivery slip from Couriers please under a car in my drive. I contacted them and they said my parcel as been returned to Hobby King who have not bothered to contact me.
How do I get my kits?
Is your service always this bad?
