Its not a HK issue its an airline issue, the only postage company that move Li-Po's to NZ is Swiss Freight which HK don't use, and the irony is Swiss Freight comes in on a SIA, ANZ or CA flight which have banned the batteries. Try RCNZ in NZ they tend to have a supply.
