HK's smugness of their "outstanding achievements"

While everyone is talking about crappy new website, does anyone feel like being seriously offended by HK ignoring altogether our say?
Did HK say sorry to anyone? Anyone?
They have perfect tool for that – their main webpage. Or at least a “news” page. But did they put any information there on the fix-ups progress, or schedule of changes, or any word of feeling bad about letting customers down?
Well, they did not. Instead they keep advertising products, like nothing ever happened. I find this “keeping quiet about failure” thing the most outrages here.
I would happily wait till they fix everything, if they would say “we are sorry, please wait”. But they could not. HK is too full of smug.
That is why I vote them out of my suppliers. No matter if they are the best or cheapest. And even though I am tempted to buy something for good value here, I will not. For the sake of my own dignity. Unless I hear HK say “sorry for ignoring all of you”.
Leave HK alone, let them screw themselves.
Look for alternatives. If you are in America, you don't need HK at all - you have more on-line RC shops than you need.
Otherwise try Banggood. There is some choice of RC planes. Good choice of drones. Great choice of all sort of spare parts and electronics. I just found my local hobby shop (Sydney) has reasonable prices.
If you have advice where to buy stuff, post it here like an “answer”.
Or better create a new question "where to get stuff" or something.
Try not to spam this “Questions” thing with the questions like “new webstite”.
Unless you have specific question, of course.
