micro J3 Cub Tx issue

The product description says the TX is mode 1/2 switchable. I based on this feature to buy this product and got it yesterday.
The fact is that it is impossible to switch mode 1 and mode 2. I found I am misled and bougt a unuseable product.
I need an advice and solution from hobbyking ASAP
