The UK warehouse seems to have disappeared.

I will not place an order if I do not know where the item is being despatched from as I will incur VAT if despatched from outside of the UK.

Like the man says... WHY........ do you feel the need to change a system which your loyal customers have grown up with over the years?

Yes. I really thought, a virus or something redirected me to a fake hobbyking site which is made with some effort but without important features.
I desperately need good working filters to find my product. Especially selecting a wharehouse before filtering - postal costs and time are very important issues! I wanted to buy several things. Today I found myself looking on ebay or amazon if I find your products there.
Make the warehouse selection thing work again and it would be much less worse.

What happend to hobbyking organization ?... This site has become impractical, it is impossible to find an item easily, nor to search items available on europe, thus it is impossible to place an order. After trying for an hour to find a battery turnegy 1500 / 25C, I gave up the order. Please, come back soon to the old version of your site, for the moment I will order my items to an other store.

Is the eu warehouse nearly closed !!!???

Any one working in IT and rolling out an UPDATE to a working website would roll out the new one in parallel and stress test it b4 going live. Hopefully H'king saved more on amateur software developers than they are losing in business. I would like at least 4 features back:
1. My wishlist visible on homepage
2. Able to select warehouse on homepage
3. Be able to permanently select currency - can change for the odd occasion
4. More equitable distribution of inventory - even slow selling stuff

Arrest my case...!!!

The new site is totally unpracticable. Prices differ when you change the flag (country?). I was unable to find wheels or propellers.
So, I got back to a traditionnal shop in Belgium.

Everything is mostly discontinued or resulting out of stock in first sight..... prices are much much higher than prices for those items you can find also on BANGGOOD actually . I would push HK to give us consistent reasons ( discount) to stay on this awful website, I lost all my cart on top of all this and now should I repeat all my search????

Everyone is correct, extremely hard to find anything! The old site worked just fine. If this is the way the new site is going to be? Get it fixed!

I'm in Australia and find the NEW system is terrible! It's just too hard now to see if products are available in Australia and in stock.
I'm a Platinum member BUT it looks as though I'll probably be "Clicking and Buying" elsewhere. You had a good thing going HK and you stuffed it up.

Hobbyking had a good website. then for some reason they decided to completely screw it up so that it is almost impossible to understand. and I expect that they paid someone a lot of money to do it. Well it is now going to cost a lot more money because nobody can work out how to use it.

It was really good before, but everything about this place sucks now. I just spent twenty minutes trying to trick this dumb ass system into letting me inquire into why my order from last month isn't processing. I finally gave up. Just put the old site back up! It wasn't good either, but it was a lot better than this hopeless mess.

Damn I was just gonna email HK about the lipo filter lol! Go back to old the site sucks!! Bring back the different warehouses to select from on the top. f-

total joke guys - the total destruction of a great on-line company visible for the entire world to see -

LiPO search is broken. Change nothing but click on 2S and it shows only 3 batteries in your inventory. Very easy to check that this is not working. New interface is bad. Please, please, please go back to previous site.

Disaster. Hope there will be updates before christmas-rally. There is nearly no chance to to see wich warehouse will deliver your orderbefore checkout. No chance to plan for delivery time and customs-fees. I ordered mostly from eu-warehouse, but thats history. No more orders with that broke process.

I just stop any order. Payment ist not possible with the new funktions, my adress doesnt`work, paypal wants me to register for a second time,
the items disappear, and so on, I will change to another shop until this one works again properly.

PLEASE GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Search is a joke:
Search for the title of a product that you copied from an article. The list, sorted by relevance, lists the article on page 3 or later. If the product is found at all. Everything thats listet before hasn't any relevance for the searched item.
It's crazy, then old search worked perfect.
