New site just lost another customer

The new site is ranking up there with the original Obamacare website! I guess that customers being able to place an order was not high on the priority list on the new build, because you pretty much cannot!
The idea that the inventory is more accurate is a joke, because I guess you do not sell silly little stuff like gas engines or airplane covering anymore.
The search feature is broken, and I cannot sort by simple things like number of cells in a lipo. The glow engine section will not allow you to rapidly move between brands of engines to compare.
HK you really pooched this one even worse than some of the packing jobs that I received from you. You need to throw out this new website, fire the designers, and find a better way to KEEP the functionality of the old site.
I will check back from time to time, but I will not be ordering from this site until I have some confidence that you actually know what you are doing with internet commerce.
