New Website Format - Definitely a huge step backwards

A big shout out to all users of the HK website who are experiencing the same issues and hassles that I am.
HOBBYKING...WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO THE WEBSITE?? - ITS A DISASTER
I have been a loyal customer of HK, having spent thousands of GBP over a number of years via your very intuitive and easy to navigate website.

It was a super simple process:
Pick the item you want - check to see if its available from your warehouse of choice -
choose next item etc etc - pay
Go back to those items you want that aren't available from your warehouse of choice - choose the warehouse they are available from - make the decision as to whether the cost of shipping and duty is justified - either pay or find an alternative item from your preferred warehouse.
How much easier could it be??

Now, I can't find some of the items I want from my warehouse of choice. It appears that a huge amount of stock / items which were always available in the UK warehouse are no longer there....!! Is that so or is it this new system not showing stock levels correctly?
I don't know, and now, having had 3 attempts (unhappy ones at that) to browse the stock as I always used to, I don't feel confident enough in the information shown on the site to actually place an order

I know I am not the only person having these doubts - just read the feedback and forums.

I understand, as I am sure most of your other customers understand, every company needs to evolve if they are to stay ahead of their competition and rivals in that market place however, what you have done is revolution not evolution.
It's the old cliche of re-inventing the wheel when it didn't need doing.
Yes, a tweak here and a tweak there would have and could have helped the shopping experience but this just isn't as efficient or as intuitive as before.

I can't say whether you used focus groups and customer feedback as the basis for the new website model however, from a loyal customer's perspective, it doesn't appear that is the case and I feel you have missed the mark, by somewhat of a large margin.

At least do a review, listen to the feedback and bring back those menus etc that people need to make their HK shopping experience the easy and enjoyable task that it was before.
I am sure I will still use HK as a supplier however, I cannot say for sure that it will be my first post of call
