New Site is a Disaster

Sorry to say Hobbyking, but the new site is worse than useless.
* I am a Platinum customer and used to buy most needs from you, but.
* Can't search by location anymore
*Can't easily see stock levels
* Need to put something (Taranis TX) on a wish list in the hope of securing one, because you can't backorder in your own warehouse anymore????
* Despite assurances you can ship batteries, you won't ship a Taranis radio with a Ni-Mh battery to Aus. - IT's NOT A LIPO!!! and is not restricted in cartage
*Refused to refund on a faulty radio. Placed store credit on my account that I can't use due to stocking issues. Can't even tell if Australia still carries them from the website anymore.
Appallingly bad.
