New website total disaster

Have tried ordering 5 new Lipo batteries and found the process a total disaster, I am a platinum member but must say that I am shopping elsewhere that is easier to shop with. Shame HK has totally cocked up their site and must be loosing thousands of customers. Members at my club are also complaining about the new site and are shopping elsewhere.
