where are infos about charging battery?

Quanum i8 8ch 2.4GHZ AFHDS 2A Digital Proportional Radio System Mode 2 (White). No where in manual can you find infos about charging, nor when the battery power is low, nor when it's full charged. Isn't this dangerous for transmitters... and lithium battery?
